eCards

With the holidays coming up (both Christmas and Chinese New Year right around the corner), now is the time to start thinking about your company’s greeting. Office space is at a premium, so why waste it by storing paper documents in-house? Compelite’s electronic indexed documentation system (eDocumentation) eliminates the need for hardcopy printouts and bulky binders for storing all kinds of valuable documents and allows you to save on storage space costs, printing costs and delivery costs.

We use a bookmark facility so all documents can easily be located using the side menu; also a thumbnail can be displayed to easy locate the pages. Our system also indexes each word so the entire document can be searched and all pages containing the searched keyword can be located individually.
